Every few seconds, across your chosen centres, continuously. When a matching appointment opens, it is booked automatically.

An SMS the moment a booking is made. Monitoring continues while reschedules remain.

Ontario locks a file out of online booking after three cancellations or moves in six months. That budget is tracked on your dashboard, and a reschedule is used only when an appointment clears your threshold — a limit most services do not disclose.

One payment covers the entire service — a first booking, rescheduling an existing one, or both. Your exact price depends on your test and is shown before you pay. Nothing extra afterwards.
